Help ID front lever shocks and suspension parts/pieces.

My brother picked up another project car and I'm trying to ID the front end parts and pieces. The whole car is likely a 60's era home-build race car, but the lever-action shocks are nothing that I can remember seeing before. Anyone recognize any of the suspension parts/pieces? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

That’s foreign for sure. My guess is a 1967 Peugeot.
