Hot Rods 1939 chevy 1/2 ton pickup

I have a 1939 Chevy pickup, I’m looking for a faster differential. It has 4.22,s in it. It has the enclosed drive shaft. I read the Chevy master deluxe has 373,s in it. Does any one know where I can pick up 373,s? Any help would be appreciated
