Hot Rods Trim/Beauty rings

What is the name or style of ring that leaves an outer edge of the wheel showing?

This would be for a '57 F-100 with factory wheels if they're compatible.

If they are 15”. They are not too hard to find at the swap meets. usually about $20 for a set. Best looking beauty rings IMHO

 

Beauty ring is what I call it. I sure like the way that tire and wheel fit the wheel opening on that

 

Once they are on your committed as they scratch the wheel paint… I bought a set (smooth not ribbed) at CWMoss for my 15” but just can’t put them on. Added a single pin stripe instead.

 

Good point on the scratches. I like the stripe idea as well.

Just thinking things over and looking at different styles/schemes.
