Hello all. I picked up a project with an older tube dropped axle and 4 bar set up, with aluminum 5x4.5 spindles and disc brake caliper brackets and that's it. I don't have anything else ans there aren't any marking on them . From my internet searches it looks like an old Pete and Jake set up but the new one has a hub built into the spindle set. It says it takes 70-90 intermediate gm car parts. But those rotors are different. And I can't find any info on replacement or just parts to add to what I have. Any help would be appreciated Screenshot_20251022_093336_Chrome.jpg Screenshot_20251022_053440_Chrome.jpg . That kit appears to be a 'billet' style hub, so I'd look at 90s stuff that was available.

All of the kits you posted have an offset bracket. That's what's on my junk.
The disc is an integral hub/rotor as shown in the pics.
Yours appears to use a separate aluminum hub with a disc that slips on the hub and is located by the lug studs, although they are not shouldered and the center of the hub doesn't have a register either.
Although I understand building from what you have, it doesn't appear to be as thought out as the kits for this reason. You might pull the hub and check the bearings for a clue, but between the lack of info, the prices of the kits and easy parts finding and another small point, the scrub radius is going to be way outside the kingpin angle, it might be quicker, easier and cheaper to go with a kit.
EDIT: it is a good setup, see below!
If this turns out to be some super trick setup, I stand corrected
, but it doesn't impress as shown.

That looks like the Magnum Axle disc brake kit, initially Vic Leon was Jim Ewing’s partner in Super Bell. Leon left to start Magnum and then he either took the brake idea with him or added some of his own ideas and marketed a kit of his own. The Super Bell hubs had press fit grease caps and Magnum had aluminum caps held on by small socket head screws. The missing rotors were 3/8” steel.
Here’s a photo from the Magnum catalog, and another from Super Bell-

The older kits used 73-77 Chevy Camaro and Malibu calipers. There were old kits by super bell that used 71-73 Mustang calipers.

Mine. Notice how the caliper bracket moves the caliper inward, allowing the disc to move in also, allowing the wheel mounting surface to be closer to the kingpin angle.
On yours, all these move outward.

I'm thinking you might have part of a Wilwood brake kit. https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Wilw...es-Front-Disc-Brake-Kit-37-48-Ford,41970.html

I don't think the kit in the link is the same hubs as you have, but I contacting Wilwood might be a good place to start. I believe they'll need photos to identify if it's some of their parts and perhaps it can be identified as an older setup compared to what is in the link. The rotor adapter in the link wouldn't bolt to the hub on the back (inside) the way your hubs are machined. It might require a rotor hat. Spacing is going to be critical to line up a rotor and caliper.

By the way you have aluminum hubs, not aluminum spindles.

Looks like the discs bolt to the back of the hubs, not to wheel/stud face. Wheel to kingpin spacing appears to be in the same ballpark as most others.

yup, you can see on the back of the hub, where the rotor will bolt to it. Study the hub in the picture below, and the one in the catalog page, carefully. Good luck finding the rotors, maybe they're still available somewhere?

@TCTND is correct, the rotors bolt to the back side of the hubs.

Looks like Jim beat me off the line with his post.

And I have to admit that I was apparently wrong on Wilwood.:(

Thanks so much for all of the quick detective work all. I had been researching a bunch this afternoon and forgot all about superbell. If I can't ready source the rotors/calipers I'll probably just replace what I have with a whole kit.

I picked up this very street rodded custom frame a bit ago and just trying to get it all pieced together now. 20250416_180813.jpg 20250416_195238.jpg

Another vote for Magnum. I have such a setup. Recognise the snout of the hub and the caliper mount. Note that the mount is a cut from plate item and not a cast, shaped item like the Speedway advertised ones pictured. Obviously very similar to the P&J Super stoppers, but the caliper mounts are notably different. Mine has the vented discs which aren't shown.

@TCTND and @squirrel good catch on that! I stand corrected. I didn't think those companies would have the rotor slip on without some centering.

The parts MIGHT be available from Superbell or Wilwood. The bracket is designed for a Wilwood/Hurst Airheart caliper. Over the years, I have been a dealer for all of them.
