We are about 2 months away from registration, and the plans are tightening up every day. We have a lot of surprises in store for this 10th running of the Meltdown. We will repost the rules/criteria again but most on this site get it. July 15th starts the early arrival and evening fun, followed by the same on the 16th. We have a party atmosphere planned for those getting in before the track turns into a step back in time. Friday and Saturday will contain as much racing as we can get in, running all the way into the night as usual. We hope you can make it with or without a race vehicle (Cars, bikes, dragsters etc). We set the track record for attendance twice, let see if we can hit the trifecta! Support your local track and come have a blast! Both Dad and I worked the last six years of the meltdown drags and I raced at all nine so far. we finaly got dads coupe running when the plg was pulled (first time) so he has never gotten to race at the meltdown. We fully intend to have both cars out for meltdown 10, but have our work cut out for us. His Hemi kicked a rod through the pan last week. We are still evaluating weather the 392 can be saved or the 354 has to get freshened up and run.
