    Thanks Moose.
I thought I would like the Torque thrusts but the Coke bottle rims look the best to me.

I think the Torque Thrust D would look much better on the T coupe!

I think what I like about the coke bottles is the gray centers.
The polished spokes just seem a little too bright to me.
Thought I'd like to see what gray torq thrusts would look like...

    Hello,

Nice placement with original look American Racing Equipment 5 Spoke Mag Wheels. The original look Torq-Thrusts has always had a place in history since the first introduction in drag racing and then a couple years later, street legal 5 spokes that took off in the sales window.

The only drawback was the cost (and balancing) of the wheels for the street usage. But, it became a solid performer plus had the new look for all hot rods and sedans.
upload_2025-11-13_2-38-27.png We considered the new American Racing 5 Spokes for our 58 Impala, but the cost was too high for us. As a favor to a friend, our little speed shop bought a set of original look Torq-Thrusts for his 63 Buick Riviera. The trade off was an original Dale Velzy balsawood board for the set of mag wheels. The value at the time was equal, but today, the original balsawood surfboard has increased in price. YRMV

This T model is begging for a chopped top.

Always surprised that nobody has put an A roof skin on top of a T. It seems to be a much more pleasing and finished looking shape.

Whatever for? The heinous crime of thinking about modifying an old Ford?
    I'm thinking it'd be a fun 'what if' 1927 and a half Model T.

I switched the photo out of the T (just because I can) and then chopped, sectioned and lowered it. Then I bobbed the fenders and added leather hood straps. Then added 17" wire spokes to give it more of a vintage feel. It would be pretty cool if built out with a vintage hopped up T engine and other vintage racing gear. Just a thought...... t hot rod.jpg

Looks great, all it needs is an "A" Roof Skin on it to really set it off....

OK, I found one with Port-O-Vents and no side trim. He may be on to something.

    Moose,
I have another request using the same body as before ('64 Chevy II), but with red as the main color (red, as shown on the front wheels of the first picture in post #29479), no black rockers or lower part of rear quarter, but keeping the white top.
Also, can you do a version with an all red body (without the white top)?
    Thank you sir!

    Again - thank you sir!
The white top makes it stand out more than the solid red.
This really helped me make up my mind between the blue and red. I'm going with the red and white combo!

If only the paint turns out as good as your art, I'll be a happy camper.

    Thanks Moose.

You might consider cream instead of white but then I'm biased:cool:
