I was told that Bob Valenzuela of Altadena, CA makes "Shorty" front bumper brackets for 1932 Ford's but I'm having trouble finding him.
1932 Ford Shorty Bumper Brackets | The H.A.M.B. 1932 ford rear 5/16 shorty bumper brackets | The H.A.M.B. Have you searched the cl***ifieds and reached out to anyone to see if they are sold or available? Here are a couple fairly recent ones.
I think Bob has p***ed away but before he died he sold all his equipment to PeteSchumpert who is on here. His irons are correct just like Bob's were. There's several companies making them but they are 1/4 inch and just don't look right. I bought 2 pairs from Pete earlier this year and they are perfect. $200 a pair. Sorry, Pete's are rear only. I bought several sets from Bob V when he was alive but I never saw shorty fronts?
Frame horn bolt holes are approx. 2 3/8" apart and measuring from the rear bolt sole straight forward along the frame horn to the backside of the bumper is 10 1/2". I don't think I should go more than 2" less.
Fronts were repro’ed by Bob Drake and @Jason Arrigo has also made them more recently although in a post last week he mentioned his are currently out of stock. Here are fronts from Arrigo-
