Looks to me like you need to keep an eye on it. It appears that they state the number of days left but don't give hours left until there is less than 1 day/24 hrs left on the auction. Checking your targeted auction several times on Sat should give you the exact end time. They may have the actual end time available but I can't find any either.
yup, not until the last day do they break it down by hours. also it is a soft close, if anyone bids in the last 2 minutes it automatically goes to 2 minutes remaining and keeps doing that until the bidding stops
also , the bidding there is not like ebay where it goes one bid increment over the previous high bid. It goes to the amount that you bid, for instance if the bid is at 20,000 dollars and you bid 50,000 dollars, the bid goes to 50 grand instantly. in the last 2 minutes soft close you will usually see people bidding in a couple hundred dollar increments until someone gives up.... Also if there is a reserve, there is no indication that it is met until after the auction is over. I thought that last part was weird myself
Makes sense for a Seller who wants serious prospective buyers to communicate with them before the auction ends. Jim
look at the comments, it give the times they were made, perhaps the auction will end just a little while before the time the first comment was made?
You could try to contact the seller. I imagine they would know. Let him know you need to know because you kid has a game and you need to know if it is the game or the car. Or something more creative
That’s like the auctions I’ve been to, ie the auction ends when the last bid isn’t matched. But I don’t go to vehicle specific auctions, so can’t comment on that aspect of a reserve or not.
2 items. Scroll down to the end of the listing where it says bid now, the end date is listed there short of any 2 minute bumps. If you sign up for daily updates, they send you an email in the morning as a reminder if you want to watch a particular auction. If an auction is no reserve, it states in the ***le.
I just sold a car there a few months ago and from a sellers standpoint I love it. It was a very finished car. As mentioned above in the last two minutes when my car was bid on it kept adding 2 more minutes until no more bids .The selling package I bought anyway was only a 1 week run.Their customer service was great as I had a representative emailing me throughout the auction to help in anyway. They make their major money when your car sells so they do everything they can to see that it happens .I could not be more happy.
I had a similar good experience selling there. They pressured me to not put a reserve on, and the car ended up selling for just what I thought it was worth.
Within 24 hours it tells at the top, The set closing time is shown down at the bottom of the Page as Moriaritiy said earler with a two minute extension if you bid within the last two minutes it extends it two minutes so no last second sniping like on Ebay.
do they offer the ebay guarantee where they will ship it to your house and you have the right of refusal with a full refund?
Haha, no guarantees from BAT. Even though the pictures are good and the conversations with the sellers help, I can still see where a person may get stung with a poorly restored car. I agree Moriarity. I bought an off topic truck from that site and I was very cautious about the whole deal. But I was very pleased with the vehicle when it arrived here and have been enjoying it ever since!
it is a common ebay motors scam. when I was selling parts on ebay I often went to the sellers board where people would discuss different aspects of selling. more than a few times people went there and asked if this "deal" was legit. pay for the car, have it shipped and if it does not meet your expectations you can just get your money back.

Asked if I wanted to go along to Kentucky from Minnesota to pick it up. Got to the location and the rusty hulk sitting in the driveway was the right color but not what was in the pictures. No garage,just a few derelict Mopars sitting around. He stopped for a minute and took off saying they got me and shrugged it off. He had shoes that cost more than the $2200 he lost.
