    maybe a center pivot and the lovejoys do the rest??

  17. To me it looks like it takes the place of a panhard bar. I can see a slot in the bracket bolted to the frame that would let the suspension move. I don't see a spring, so maybe what looks like friction shocks is really links to torsion bars.

    That's the first KKOA national meet in Wichita Kansas 1981. This was in a campground/park where the cars were parked in areas a ways apart from each other. The people are just walking around enjoying the cars. That's Connie Winkler's Olds convert in the foreground.

    Johnny Weissmuller and his then wife. Can't make out the car (Packard?) but what the hell is he wearing under that coat? Love the Beverly hills plate frame.

  29. Here’s the thing, when you’re the guy who played Tarzan and you had to show up for work in costume ( not to mention he was an Olympic athlete) what you think he’s wearing under that coat ? Hmmm?
