Back in September a family member surprised me with a two-year subscription. If known, I would have advised against the purchase. Still waiting on TRJ to honor my brothers Christmas present, a year's Subscription back in 2018.
There is Some Interesting topics I would like to touch bases on but I don't wanna spoil the read before others receive!
For people who aren't subscribers, the Autobooks-Aerobooks store in California has both A and B covers in stock, you can order online.
Actually the mailing house that handles the bulk mailing is not in Maryland, that is only the return address. Steve would be responsible to get a lost item back to the recipient, the mailing house won’t handle that. Photo credit to @Mr48chev
I guess they’re using two mailing houses. I know Steve was having problems with the podunk little post office in Easton.
Oh I’m fine waiting on it. Just think how much we will enjoy it once it’s in our hands. My momma used to tell me as a wee lad that anything worth getting was worth waiting for. I’d say TRJ fits into that category.
I'm a lifetime subscriber and I received my issue #87 more than a week ago. I always celebrate the arrival of a new issue. Thanks Steve!
Got mine yesterday. Same high quality editorial and photos as always. Good job and thanks to all concerned! A few years from now when things are truly back to normal and TRJ is on solid ground and growing the behind the scenes story of the fight for survival would probably be an interesting read.
Got mine today in Illinois!,...sent from Burlingame, Ca....I almost feel like wearing white gloves just to look at it. It's a great issue as all of em have been. ...hard to believe it came from the west coast and arrived in mint condition. long live Rodder's Journal....got my Xmas wish.
Made it to North Carolina, it shouldn't be long now! update, just got home and today ain't the day! still empty, fortunatly no bills! HRP
Nothing in Hampstead MD yet. I wonder if my B cover issue will show up from Autobooks before my A cover one? Yes, I collect all of the covers...
And here we like a bunch of kids before Christmas. Some get their gifts early, while others have to wait with anxious anticipation. Hopefully we all get what we want in the end, even with the fancy kids getting their stuff first. Maybe next week...
