Charlie and I put the dash rail on yesterday and I measured to make some inner door pieces.
Charlie and his buddy Paul put the horn on and bumper and finished up the wiring.

it is cold in Charlies garage, he took the bed sides and fenders down into the ba*****t and primed. then painted the fenders and added the reflectors to cover the old light holes.
I cut a sheet of plexiglas for the rear window and installed it for Charlie. he had the rubber gasket left over form his other build.
the to-do list is getting smaller, Charlie is not sure what color he will paint the body. Blue, black or?
I am trying to make some time to finish the welding up, should get more time after the holidays.

  12. It is coming together rather smartly. My vote for paint is blue with black fenders, but I am partial to dark blues, keep up the good work. A picture for consideration regarding paint. I can remove it if it clutters up your build. E7BC9BD7-393E-4BFA-B4F7-07E4A3AB703F.jpeg

Ted and I spent Friday afternoon over at Uncle Charlie's. Ted finished welding up patch panels and Charlie and I upholstered the bottom IMG_3944.jpeg IMG_3947.jpeg IMG_3942.jpeg IMG_3945.jpeg IMG_3943.jpeg IMG_3946.jpeg IMG_9681.jpeg of the seat with some old pieces of material. It came pretty good considering what we had to work with. It does however go with the rest of the truck.
