so sold of 5 cars, selling of 2 more to finance the build of this car
aswell as getting more stuff done on my 1930 coupe and 1928 pickup

aswell as chop the top 4-5" + layback the front window a lil bit

    anyhow some ingredients

the frame is an 1933 frame/title and body is an 1934 body
so skitzo as i am i might refer to the car as either wierdly enough

394 olds rocket with edelbrock valve covers, gotha rockers, isky pushrods, scheifer clutch + flywheel, also got an 6x2 offy intake with 6 strombergs for it, its a clutch hydramatic, engine is bored 040

    16x11" magnesium american racings
15x4" magnesium american racings early ford spindel mounts
(any one wanna trade for 15x4" -15x4.5" 5.5 bolt pattern magnesium american racings?)

1946 lincoln brakes with chromed backing plates
1957 ford truck rearend with 31 splines and detroit locker

    1940 ford dash
    f1 steering column
1951 pontiac taillights (no not 1950)
    early 16" superior steeringwheel
studebaker gauges with km/h on speedo

car is probally going to be dark brown metallic with frame black and everything that isnt chromed / polished will also be black except for all "sheet metal" that will be dark brown)
    black interior

still alot of work to be done but its on its way.

there is something quite "wild" going on on the grill/hood area that i do not want to disclose right now

Your dash looks good. Chop away.

  9. I can't imagine this thing being much more badass...
How about more details on the hilborn setup? I hope to eventually build a Rocket for my roadster.

    Awesome Daemon.

As you probably know 33-34 5 windows are my favourites, at least right now  Also I just love Rockets, so this just can't go wrong. Unless the wild grill plans includes a spider web or barb wire :p

    Håll oss uppdaterade.

RocketDaemon, Great work! I can't help but think that the firewall has been modified, has it? Hope you can share the frontend treatment? As this will put everything into perspective. Great details for sure, Thanks!

VERY Nice. My favorites - 33-34 coupe, Olds engine. And Hilborn on top ! The trans tunnel & firewall work is very well done, can you share any info/pics ?

  20. RocketDaemon, .... looking good !!!
Maybe the right way to sell stuff to get one project done, but you know your gonna regret sellling it, one day or the other.....:D
By the way...any good and interessting stuff you can sell me... :D ...always in the mood to buy cheap :D

I guess you've skipped your 348 plans.....at least for this one.

Take care and keep us posted !

More pics please. Sounds like a killer wheel choice. Lemme see those mags!

  28. Ok, so here we all are in the good ol' USA where we have [limited] access to the parts he used on this 34-[33?] and we have a hard time finding the early speed parts we want. This guy lives in Europe and comes up with really hard-to-find parts!
Nice goin, man. I applaud you. Can't wait to se it all finished.
And I thought I was hot shit because I scored all the parts to put my T-56, 6 speed behind my old [bellybutton SBC] 327 in my 40 chevy coupe....HA! My efforts pale in comparison.
