  1. ...don't know if this has been done before, I don't remember seein it, so let's see all those great 55's. Here's mine as it sits, got plans for it tho,...I wanna give it the 60's street gasser look, hopefully by this summer, 5-spoke Americans,(grey spokes, not polished), lose the front bumper, get the front up about 3-4 inches .....

It never had side trim. 150 wagon with belair front fenders. I think you are the only person that has ever noticed. I have a trim guy that said he could put a point on the back of the fender piece. So now all I have to do is buy the trim.

if your not going to run side trim, you can have the holes filled on the fender. i think it looks cool when its filled.

  25. Mike, ...probly won't cut the wheelwells, it's a pretty nice orig. body; a real survivor. This Bel Air tudor sedan was sold new in Hawaii to a serviceman and then brought back to Iowa in the late 50's where I bought it.(about 2 years ago). It's kinda neat as I haven't owned a 55 for over 30 plus years; it's kinda like a throwback. By the way, this car wears the only repaint job it's ever had other than factory ; put on in '68 ! The paint's pretty dead, I really like it that way; and one reason we bought the car.

Buzzard, I really like your 55, that's really what I wanted to start with but this one just showed up.
    Good luck with yours.

Also, is there a limit to the number of pics that I am allowed to post in a thread?
