We got the blanks from the laser cutters today, and after my daughter went to bed tacked them together and test fit them. They seem to fit quite well; we used 90-02 Astro AWD calipers and after a long search, found that 1995-99 GM half ton 2WD rotors just clear that goofy outer steering arm. We will need a beta tester or two, as we do not have a Caddy handy to dope out hose routing/length, original wheel fitment and other stuff like that. A special thanks to the HAMB'ers that were vital to this conversion.

You're telling me. 250 pounds standing up on one pedal is sketchy. Keep us posted on this. my 53 could use those if the wife's gonna be driving it.
