Yup it was cold ..but I'm hard core with my California ASS!!!

I've been to alot of shows over the years and my list are the best shows
because of the people and the event and just good old Hot Rodding!!!

    Pile Up
    Primer Nats
    Round up
    Day of the drags
    Jalopy Showdown
    Detroit autorama
    billet Proof
    Asphalt invite
    Pride of the champ
    March Meets Baco
even the GNRS was pretty cool

These are the best of the best,,,if you can make it any of these
    you wont be disapointed.

Street Rod Nationals in Louisville Kentucky
    • People and Friends
    • Practically in my backyard (4 hours)
    • Enough space to cruise all weekend
    • More stuff to see and do than you have time for in 5 days
    • Six Flags is next door (Brings in the cute girls, haha)
    • Every style of car/build you can think of can be found (pre 48 that is)
    • Last but not least. Its one of the most exhilerating things ever to be/hear/smell/see 11,000+ cars in one place at one time.

    HAMB Drags
    • First and foremost, the people
    • Second, the cars. Almost every vehicle there is just what gets me goin.
    • Drag Racing. Its really the only place i get to not only see, but be a part of old time drag racing.
    • The People
    • The Parking lot shenanigans
    [IMG]

S.I.S.R.A. Father's Day Rod Run and Radius Rod Roundup (aka Pocahontas)
    • The last 2 remaing geunuine "Rod Runs" around here.
    • Both held in amazing Parks
    • The People are all old friends and everyone knows everyone

My vote goes to the "Hot Rod Revolution" up in Penngrove, California (Norcal) in the month of September. Small, good people and lots of high quality and very traditional pre-1948 hot rods... thanks again Ryan for putting on this show, can't wait for next year!

Our CC, The Road Zombies puts on an invitational party/picnic every year in July for the local Norcal rodders and CC's.
Here's a cool pic from last year after everyone left and a few rods that stuck around for these shots:)

Billet Proof always a great time and growing...thanks once again Kirk:)
Asphalt invitational, quailty... sorry we missed last year Jay:(
Paso ...finding a place to stay is difficult.
    Viva ...man what a drive!
moon eyes ...lots to see and also growing.
    Primer nats ...another great show.

    I haven't been to the:
    Pile up
    Round up
    Hamb drags
    or Bonneville as of yet.

    ...but some day!

    Ranch Run
    Viva Las Vegas
    Big Three Swapmeet

  17. HAMB drags--cause I get to spend quality time with BobK, Hotrodladycrusr, and Roadstar---my 3 best hot rod pals

If it wasn't for that, Charlotte Autofair would be tops

Yeah, B'ville is also #1 in my book. I would say 'Back to the 50's' is second place, and getting better each year. Both of these events totally exhaust you, but you're never bored!

    H.A.M.B. Drags gotta be #1

#2 Would have to be the Stray Kat 500 put on by our own straykattkustoms.
Still probably the best kept secret in this part of the world.
