 Looking for pictures of frame. I am going to build a 40 ford truck without fenders. I would like for it to set low with cab chaneled over the tube frame.

I guess that means no one could have come up with any new ideas.

But if you must be different here's a rendering of a hot rod chassis for ya.
If you give me wheelbase etc I'll draw you up prints for a price.

    Fenders hide the cool stuff.

Actually, on a 40, the only thing fenders hide is how godawful they look without fenders. I like to use the folling rule "Anything made after 1935 looks toatlly awful without fenders". Your mileage may vary.

I'd put that line at about '40.

Take a look in the tech section, the Littleman coupe build is really interesting, especially the frame.

Check this link out for frame specs. They've got many of them, and they are free to download, print, or copy. The link below is to a 35-41 Ford Truck frame, but Wescott's has several different frame dimensions and diagrams on their website.

Wow, sometimes I wonder if anybody is going to ask anything on here anymore, when I look at most of the replies in this thread. If you don't want to help someone asking, then don't reply.Nobody wants the abuse!!!
