Congrats on the "garage find".........it made me think of the 32' Sedan that was located in the country next to a barn that I had chased since high school, nope, not forsale..........then the day I drive by and it is gone, I stop and the older guy tells me, "Yea, I sold it. Could you believe that someone paid 3 grand for it".......errrrr.

Will you have it running at the SK500?

Let's just say that the guy gave his wife a price before he died and she wouldn't budge, but he did die in 93......

I still had to borrow money, it wasn't THAT cheap.

Most accidents happen close to home!! Lucky duck, what a cool find, I love 32 more doors. We are lucky to have one of the slickest 32-4-doors ever in Lincoln Ne., local builder Roger Nunns black/w/red roll/pleat interior is so right on. Wish I had a pic. to post for you, hopefully someone will see this reply and do that. The car is just right and I think would inspire your project. Congrats bro., and by the way I love my wife also!!-Sololobo

Dang - What did I miss? Root, the whole drive home I kept thinking about that garage and those 2 gems just sitting there. I was hoping you'd go back for it. The more I think about it, the more of a good deal I think you got.

It's just one of those stories you dream about, although usually the dream has it being a coupe or roadster, but damn this one is just about it.

Ain't old cars fun!! Thanks again for the hospitality.

Pooch - you still have a chance to be a Ford convert if you know what I mean. :)

This Deuce MorDor has been around in the Southland for a long time. I really like it. Sedate yet classy. Subtle ... but very attractive. I do not know the owner :( but he drives it a LOT ... see it everywhere here in the South ...

It has looked just like this ... for years :D

Deuce Roadster, that is a nice look. I am tending to lean more towards traditional styling but not 100% original. Maybe step down to some 16" wires and have the stock axle dropped. I have an open drive center section but that would start a whole nother ball rolling......I wouldn't be able to stop. I know myself too well.

Congrats on the find, Chris ! Looks like a real nice one, and a complete one to boot. Now I got to kick my bro-in-law's butt as he didn't find this one first (and he lives a mile from you) !

Man, great find. Glad for ya! I know you'll do what's right with it.

Those heads are the cats, well, you know.....

EDIT: I got to thinking, you don't happen to collect left nuts, do you? I have a spare that I have been sitting on for about- ironically- 32 years. Since we just had another baby, I could probably let one go......think about it and let me know.......

  20. 2 GEMS!!!??? What's the other one and did he get both or is it still for sale???

No. It's a 38 Standard 2 door sedan. Humpback. Not worth much to me.

  28. Nice score Root. Good karma. Here is a poor pic of a buddy's 32. Wish I had a better one in my computer. Pat.
