I met some of the Poor Boys in Detroit, I met Tim at the '06 Autorama and Randy (Tim's brother) during the blackout in '03.

Tennessee Boy here. The HAMB helped form the Tn. chapter. If it wasnt for here we wouldnt exist in Tennessee. Welcome Florida to the family.

 

I started the club...

Nope. I did. I created the logo too.

Actually there were originally about 5 of us in the NorCal area. It must have been about 1993 or 1994. I drew up the logo one day at work and it went from there.

Roger and the Detroit chapter were the first offshoot, then the Sac guys, led by Jay.

I'm always stoked to see the new guys and the cars that have carried it on.

Jay and Roger have kicked ass with it!

Thanks for the welcome, now I guess I'd better get thrashing on my car, now that I'm in a car club...

 

I'm a member of the Tampa branch.

 

Maybe people are right with what they say, the Poor Boys REALLY are taking over the world.

 

Plus if me and the misses keep popping out boys the Poor Boys will live on forever. Got another coming in June/July and my other son is a hot rod kid for sure.

For those that don't know Jay is my son. I believe he and Kirk hooked up at the second Billet Proof, where it was just he and one other guy looking for something that Kirk and his gang started. By late 96' early 97' the Sac chapter was formed with me as the third member. The rest, as they say, is history.

 

You'll always be a Poor Boy to us. That's why we say the Poor Boys were responsible for Billet Proof.
