well i stumbled upon this site googling tech articles on chopping tops, and got stuck reading about 1000 threads on here, after which, i decided it would be of great benefit to join this here forum. im just a blue collar working cl*** youngin who like bein behind a loud torquey motor who loves to do all the work on his own rides. are there many members here from the southern NH / northern MA area?

thanks for the welcome sir x loin. well i dont have any pics of ant projects i have, cause i dont currently have one. i did just score a nice potential power plant for one though. </a> '51 331 hemi out of a new yorker for $260, compl w/ ******. i know the trannies in those werent any good, but with that trick adapter plate ill have a 5 sp behind that in no time. i would love to build a model a pickup (or any truck 29-34) along these lines </a> (not exactly like that, but the tradiotional hot rod stripped down look) and then paint it like a WWII p-40 </a> maybe fab up a cylindrical gas tank in the bed to look like an old h-bomb or something. those are just some ideas rolling around in my head. i don't know if its been done already, but i havent seen it. on a different note, are there any must attend cruise nights or rod shows in the area you know of?

that about 2 1/2 hours away for me, but if its a good show i might have to make the trip. there arent too many i know of real close cept the hot rod reunion at new england drag way in epping nh.

I think our plan is just to head up for the day. (As of now) The wifes idea of camping is a weekend at the Hilton! But I'm workin on it. I still have plenty of time!
I hear ya on the Hilton!!! My wife & yours are gonna hit it off for sure! My wife will only camp at "the Pines" with the camper. Its a damm long story, tell ya when I see ya Well.. a day deal is OK but thats the one event where I do a good size amount of "suds". The only place wife drinks.Thats another long story, concerns the kid It can be lots of fun after dark as burnouts etc going on. We hang out at my site, lots of homemade food, beer and others in the cooler! Too bad ya couldn't stay over Sat nite.Tis a good time My daughter usally comes up from Portland and watches over us!!! Anyway.. your all welcome to come and hang at my campsite. Right by the pool even.. You too Mule Hell we can have a HAMB gather'n.. Everyone is welcome!!! sandown, its 2 towns north of haverhill, right next to salem NH. i think ill be attending that hebron show, i dont have currently own anything cool enough to be in the show, but the 5.4 triton in my 2x4 f150 sure does do a good brakestand
