I have been to the Albertsons in Clearview before and from what I understand 4:00 - 6:00 pm are about the peak hours. As far as the Wendys in Silver Lake goes, that has just started and has the potential to grow - lots of parking , it just needs a little more exposure to get it going and it seems to be an early gathering too.

We are thinking of doing a garage night here on fridays at Amocat. IF the guys up north want to try to make it down that would be great. I like the idea of moving from north to Seattle to south areas every couple of weeks. We will attend if you guys get somthing going in those areas. So for those of you down south that want to come buy we will be around this Friday night. Thanks

    Hey gang,
Located on the West Hill of Kent. I would like to meet some of the local gang. I am working on a 40 Plymouth pickup and a 41 Dodge COE and in the very very early stages, so nothing to show. Being new to the hobby, I am not sure what my projects would be classified as. So, maybe not even HAMB material. But they suit me. I will have to attend on my Harley for the near future. The rotating meet sounds like a great idea. Keep this thread alive so I can find out who is who and where is where. Thanks! Rod (wynn_r)

Well then, we could do one of the following for the north deal:

    Start something new at Alfy's.
    or...
"Coattail" on the Silverlake deal since it's already going on...

    Your thoughts...

Man I use to go out and cruise, but there hasn't been anywhere to go hangout. I like the idea of southend and northend hangout spots.

  21. I roped Sam into coming with...I'll see if I can convince Gup to come tonight...(I've got to drop the kids off in Seattle at 8:30)...

The idea of a round robin would be nice. It is still to damn cold to do any good cruisin.

Sounds like you guys know how to have fun. I grew up near Puyallup, in Sumner, and still have some relatives down there. Up here it's still a little early for that, got an inch of snow today, lol.

I thinks it's back to the Alfy's deal on 196th, I just don't like all the traffic and guys with boom-boom boxes trying to draw attention...

Puyallup is too far for me with Friday night rush hour, so a central/north end deal for HAMB style cars would still be fun.

Let me know if there is anything to the Tractor tavern deal...

  29. Taco Time in Lynnwood across from Fred Meyers. Corner of 44th and 196th is the happening place on Friday nights. The crowd is big with lots of cars every Friday night just as it was at the old location. It has been going on there since last year and is getting bigger. Clearview is a bit smaller and some different cars and on average has over 50 cars when its sunny. A little more casual there. Wendys in Silverlake never seems to get going . I really dont like it as its like parking in a pit even though there is lots of parking. Clearview is about 1 mile from my house so I prefer it.
