My car hit the streets for the 2nd time today. I drove it to work this morning. I still have a lot of work to do on it but it feels nice being able to drive it. [IMG]

    1. Y-blocks

Very cool,I still love Y-block's and have one my self in my rod too ,I built in 1959 when I was in highschool!
Things moved slower then the WWW make it now,the SBC is the power house every one knows, but in the late 50's it was a week smoken junker V8,and others ruled the OHV V8's,hemi,cad,olds,and the Ford would but up a good show too, even a few stud's did fairly well,it was not tell the start of the 60's the bugs were out of the SBC. Remeber there was no WWW and the rod mags were 6 month behind or more on news before we got it.

Parts Wanted: Help from anyone that knows of"for patch" 28/9 roadster rear quarter left ,upper front of rear Q,can be kind of bad off,I'll fix, only need top 1/2 or more with door jam to just before trunk lid opening starts, this is lip with beading running round cockpit back, Part can have small dents or splits, rust but not though rust in top 6in. Have no need of subframes or wheel well or above well or be side trunk lid sec.
