I just sold my 87' S10 shortbox with a V8. I am going to go look at an 85' S10 with a V6 and 5spd in about a half hour. It needs a V8...good thing I have that nice 350 just laying around...
DIRTYT needs to post the picture of his Civic on it's bumpstops with a chevy 6 in the back. This is mine with MBL's T on it's way to paint, it's a 4cy, 5sp, '95 Rodeo 126,000 miles, has cold A/C (as long as you don't touch the a/c*****on) gets great mileage, and smells like feet and gear oil inside. The homebuilt unsprung trailer has hauled (at separate times) my '46 sans engine, the '46 chassis sans body, my old Corvair convertible complete and thousands of lbs. of scrap.
1978 F150, 351M, 4spd, 3.00 rear gear Runs down the road good and still have "granny" to pull with. Bought it 'cause it was the only old Ford I had ever seen that had no rust in it, Spent most of it's life on a ranch with a service bed on it. The bed had been stored for a long time. It's easy to find in parking lots. GV
Here is my trusty turd at Tuck's place last summer. i dont know what happend to the pic i think i was trying to put the model in in my bed for some reason 4.3 v6 with 5 speed 270,000 miles orig clutch. i payed 700 bucks for it last year and put over 80k miles on it allready. only had to put about 400 bucks worth of parts on it uncluding new tires for the winter. Id still drive it to california tommrow
I beat mine daily -- with bysplies and '35 wires. No this is not magic, ths has not been photoshopped.
Here's mine. It was a real 67K mile farm truck, now 5.0 and few goodies. It's hauled parts plus stuff for two houses and now a new garage.
Spoke too soon, the idiot flaked out on me. Why do people bid on ebay if they have no intention of paying?
Trying to resist the the urge to drop her. It is nice to put a few motors in the back and not rub driveline.
Maybe it's just me, but those wheels look as out of place on there as the wheels from it would on the car the '35 wires came from. But, as long as you like it, that's all that matters.
All mine are late models. These are my parts haulers that run...haha My $2,300 1999 suburban, my money pit 96 z71 with 38in swampers my 04 z71...
Just a few items I picked up after the Detroit Billetproof show. The old Volvo gets good gas mileage compared to the van. Gary M.
