Whats up guys? i really dont post much but i have been doing some work on my galaxie lately so i thought i would share........
That would be cool if it was lowered a bit. Nice to see a later 60's... are you doing the skinneys and flake.
I really like the way this car sits. Very nice. Supremes with skinny whites and some hugh flake would be my choice. Keep up the great work!
I saved a pic of it before you stripped the paint. What color you going with? Tell us more about the front end air bags. Was it a kit for this year or was some things modified to fit? <- 66 Galaxie 2dr 352
I think a thread about a later model car is ok every now and then... And this car has some good potential... Great stance.
thanks ryan ....as far as a color i dont know yet...maybe white or silver...and the front bags, i just fabbed up some cups for the top and and plates for the lower control arm. i used 2500 firestone bags
cragars with the tires you already have would be nice, too...if you don't flake it, some lace panels would be sweet!
Public ******. Ya gotta call it the streak bro. I love that style Galaxie personaly, I had a '65 FE car for a good while. Good line and lots of potential.
awesome.. my roomate has a vert and its well on its way to being a full-blown lowrider...looking good.
Hurry up and get it in primer before it floods again.... Just kidding, sweet looking ride. Gotta love a nice looking car paired with the vulnerability of bare steel.
damn i miss my 65 .yours looks alot better than mine ever did.i say astros with skinny whites and some flake on the roof
'65 and '66 Galaxie have always been one of my favorite body styles. The lower the better, super nice car.
hummina hummina you're right; it does have that goofy body line over the rear wheel. any idea why detroit did that? look at the late 60's buicks.. totally screwed up an otherwise great bodystyle. anyway, with this in mind, white and silver are great colors to hide said body line. (by the way) wow this thing looks great.
Every time I look at this car, I like it even more! Now that it's painted/primed it just looks sooo much better. Good work, man. Malcolm
