If you want to do a silent auction or raffle or whatever, pm me or one of the other SFers. I'll donate a pinstriped panel or something.
thanks BIG A & STEVIE GANYONE INTERSTED IN FINDING A PLACE IN THE S ATL -75S AREA WE COULD DO A BENIFIT CRUISE IN UP THERE TO HELP OUT ANYONE WITH UPDATES ON SLAMPUP AND HIS WIFES CONDITION PLEASE POST IT.
Because of the HAMB, I have met Eddie and Jenny several times at the monday night Summit cruise in McDonough. They are great people... A convenient way to receive cash donations is to set up an account at a local bank. Then people can wire/paypal etc. funds to it from anywhere in the world. This is important, because these people are going to be devastated with medical bills for years to come if they had no insurance, and lost their means of income also! Best of Luck to their entire family! I am local, so PM me if help is needed for anything! -Mike
I'm in on that donations deal. If ever anyone needs us all to pull together, this sounds like the time. Please let us know when the account is set up. Everybody has a few bucks they can s****e together. Let the power of the hamb be felt!
I'll take donations and do announcements at my swap meets on July 1 and the two-day show on July 7/8 at Lanier Speedway in Braselton. If anyone wants to do an auction at that show, let me know and I'll set it up. -Brad
How about a raffle for some parts? Would that generate more than an auction? We could set up a table at the swap meet and set the parts out. People could buy a ticket for whatever part they were interested in. Tickets could vary from $1 to $10 depending on the part being auctioned. Just a thought. The auction could work if people really got into the spirit of the cause. Any input?
My prayers go out to them. I have been offered a similar side line proffesion and this hits home.... Makes a guy think twice......
Someone please update this on their condition, and PM me with their contact info. I can't accept donations at my swap meet, and then be stuck with money and nobody to give it to. -Brad
I'm hearing thids 3rd hand, but since no-one else is posting anything... Eddie was improving last I heard and moving to a "regular" room (i.e. presumably not in serious condition any more). But this was just a p***ing refernce from someone who knew someone that had visited him. No word on his wife. Tomorrow I will definately be able to post more since I'm visiting the guy who knows Eddie directly..
you're not kidding...my girl and i have been praying for them and i check back every day before and after work hoping for an update.

I just saw this - best wishes slammed pup. Glad to hear you are out of ICU. I will keep you and yours in my thoughts. Can somebody confirm things mailed to his address will make it to him? I hope family is picking up mail or something? What hospital is he in?
E-mail Jennifer at rangergirlnc@bellsouth.net. I got the info and sent a donation electronically, its very easy.
