Ken is a good freind of mine and yes he has a very cool assortment of old stickers, from race tracks to equiptment manufactors.
As you can see in the back ground I just stick my stickers on the cabinets.

Kev, any way you'd be willing to part with the Sox and Martin Plymouth decal?

I had an old decal on a panel that I removed from a farmers combine. I have never seen another one, it was for Alliance? headers it was a drawing of a header with flames out the collector and a nasty looking buzzard perched on the runners. Has anyone else seen one of these I have since lost the pannel.

One thing I like about the Woodie thing. Is the tradition of decals in the back windows. You can luck out and spy some great old decals mixed in.

  22. A hodad is a surf wannabe. They show up to make the scene but are not "real" surfers. Scenesters, poseurs, etc.
It's the old in-crowd vs. outsiders diametrical thing.

This is an original Barris Kustoms of America decal, It was on a chopped 40 Merc Convertible we worked on at my shop about 20 years ago. The owner had us straighten up the chop and wanted new glass. I gave him the old windshield thinking he would want to keep it but I found it in the trash barrel after he left.
The glove box door came out of the Cliff Inman 57 Chrysler. When we repainted the dash I replaced the lid and kept this one.

I finally got around to scanning some of my collection. Pico was (is?) a Disney-owned construction company. My father was a sub-contractor shuttling between So Cal and Orlando in the late 60s. This is a home-made waterslide that the graphic designers put together.
