I agree with you guys. What a shit bag for sitting on this treasure trove for all these years. He is trying to cash in big time so he can retire. I see no one has bought his shit for the 5th or 6th time now. That makes me happy. Maybe the asshat will realize he doesn't have the gold mine he thought he did.

 

I've seen this for at least 1.5 years... Might have been even longer.. It was up for sale on other places besides eBay before being put on eBay... $1.5M would be real hard to convince someone that the stuff is worth that - heck that's assuming there is zero cost involved in completing the transaction...

 

I'm still coveting what he has....Give me two roll backs a tractor trailer and 24 hours up there, please. I'm sure I would miss some good stuff, but I would be very happy "hoarding" what I took.

 

A variation on "He who dies with the most toys...wins!" theory:

I suspect most of this stuff will go to the scrappers and be melted down since scrap metal is in high demand by China right now.

OK, Please tell me what is worth saving from the crusher? The Hilborn injectors and some Texaco signs might bring 5-6 Hundred bucks total on a good day. All I see is scrap in Vermont, and trucking it out is going to cost more that it's worth.

 

Thats all a bunch of junk. I see a few interesting things, but rotting road runners and cameros are just JUNK! Stacks and stacks of doors to 73 monte carlos and grills to fairlanes and Plymouth Scamps. Whoopee! Boyd Wheels even. Part that shit pile out and I bet theres 300,000.00 there...MAYBE. 1.5 Mil, dudes fuckin out of is mind. He's watched Barret Jackson tooooo long.
True, some of those cars are valuable even if I hate to admit it, and theres some good parts, but for the most part it looks like a Mullet Machine paradise.

 

I think I saw a salvagable PCV valve in there somewhere.
Anyone who has a fridge with no beer, but full of hell knows what, gotta be crazy. Too many spideys in there for my liking!!

 

Thing is, it comes with the land and buildings, and only an idiot would crush even a shitty Dodge Charger. Been a while since I looked at it but seems like it was at least implied a couple of Hemi cars were in that hoard.

And if this guy didn't hoard the stuff, it would probably all have been scrapped long ago. I suffer the same disease, I can't stand to see good stuff go to junk, so instead of spending money on one car, I buy every car and piece I can afford to grab onto.
