I have been following on this posting here in the forums and in myspace...I now understand that everyone is saying the car is traveling north. There is a guy out in my side of pomona selling a black 32 roadster for 50k. As soon as the person shows up with the car my guy will check it out and see if its the same one or not. We buy old cars all the time and resell them so people come to us with cars. will call on the cell number on your flyer if its in question.

I just got the bulletin about your car and if it helps I swear I saw it in Ventura on Saturday. I was having family pics taken in a parking lot on Main Street in Ventura and I stopped the photographer to look at the car that drove by with two young guys in it. Now I didnt take notice of the plates or anything I was just admiring the car. Maybe someone else has said this and you should look in Ventura? Oh yeah it was after 11am but before 1:30PM, not exactly sure...

This is Tom Higgins, I am a Corporal with the Ventura Police Department. I saw your Email and request you sent to the Chief Miller about your stolen vehicle. Yesterday at about 7:30P.M., I was driving on Telephone Rd. in Ventura when I saw a car much similar to yours driving next to me. I was not on-duty and at the time was not aware of your stolen car, but did take a good look at it. The tires on this car were a little bigger, the rims were painted red, and the license plate on the back was blk with red writing. I also think the paint was a faded black. This car looked very close to yours, so I don't know if people are mistaken this one for yours.

Now that I know about your vehicle, as do all the officers, I will keep an out for your vehicle.

another possible sighting from a guy who thinks he saw it goin north on 405 close to washington blvd sunday morning 3am...he thinks he recognized it because of the carb setup.....keep on looking for those low idiots....thanks marco

 

That's cool Marco that that cop responded to your message. There's got to be alot of guys out there looking for it for you.

 

I talked to Burbank Police, today and they were all gong-ho, on getting the car back, and also using their connections to the LAPD, to spread the word (the car was in the system since thursday, but you know, how they don't care about car thefts, unless you convay the urgency and situation, of the matter, properly).

I see lots of rods on my route everyday (I-5 through Oregon), but still haven't seen yours. Unless it was in one of the 1,974 enclosed trailers that I passed this week. I'm not giving up though.....
