Yes, I was out a couple of weeks ago and I found a set of Ardun heads and valve covers at a yard sale. The valves, push rods, rockers, etc... were not there. Keep looking, its out there.:D Michael

What was that old saying, real hot rods didn't have valve covers or fenders. You might as well sell those heads and valve covers to me.... Very nice find......

I do believe you won "Tag Sale Find of the Month"! All the missing bits are just a phone call away. The rocker covers are the early ones that would have had a br*** tag Made in England, later ones had New York cast in them. Were are the water outlets? I paid double that asking price for a NOS set back in 1978......but that was with the rockers & stands.

I paid the $300, I still have to sleep at night. They were her "late" husbands.

I searched the garage but found not much else, she said he like old Ford "tractors" and most of it had been sold earlier. Do you guys think he was planning on what I think he was planning on?

When I stopped, I noticed some old stools that I thought would come in handy in the shop, and as I walked past all the ladys looking for the owner I made my way into the garage and on the wok bench were 2 big boxes and when I glanced in I just about squealed like a little girl. The rest is history now. Hey I just realised I didn't get the stools... oh well.
