Anyone have an inside scoop on the show? We must have a HAMBer that's on the film crew or something, don't we?

We won't tell a soul if you spill the beans, it'll be our little secret.

 

got the rented big screen up last night and treated the kids to a little drive in movie! Hope some of ya can make it! Don

 

BigKen is hosting a viewing tonight, as well. Beer and pizza, but you damn well gotta be turnin' some wrenches to earn the goodies. I wiped all the dust off the t/v screen in the garage, bought more beer, so we are set.

I have overnight guests at my B&B into the weekend.
I do plan to watch it tonight. Hopefully a good show for a change.

I don't know guys. It could be a toss up between "Hard Shine" and "So You Think You Can Dance". I still have not made up my mind. I am a sucker for a nice Fox Trot. Haha!

 

Too bad, but I understand you need preparation time to make a great event! I was suprised to hear the Leroy Thompson guys are gonna come tonight with their show this weekend! See ya there on saturday. Don

 

I accessed the TLC (learning channel/discovery) website - it offerred a preview, but I couldn't get the preview to load. Check out the site under Hard Shine. It talks about several fabricating candidates that will work under Jimmy's direction.

I'm looking forward to the show.

bummer, I was mad that I didnt get to talk to you at Cinematic either, time went by so fast. We passed you on the freeway on the way there and when you didnt show that night I was worried something happend. Glad I was wrong and you stayed in Marrietta...We will catch ya at another event....Don

 

I don't get off work until 6:30. 3 hours afterwards and the hotdogs will be all shriveled up. I'm seeing what I can do about making it up Saturday though.

Attn party go-ers, pls turn on the news, channels 2, 4, 7 or CNN for information about the water main break in Livonia. I-96 both east and westbound are closed from I 275 to Telegraph Rd and so is Schoolcraft on the south side. You are going to want to avoid most of the east/west bound surface streets within a couple of miles of my house. Will be a nightmare trying to get those people off the freeway.

Might I suggest entering my sub from the north/east area, Inkster and 5 Mile.

Also, you need to poop at your own place before you come over cuz I'm not sure whether I have or when I will get water again. Peeing behind the garage will be allowed........... the party IS still on!

 

I know I need to get a life, but I'm really looking forward to Jimmy Shine's show "Hard Shine".

Wish we could make it but it's my last night of a motorcycle safety course. Hopefully no more wheelies tonight. Instructors were less than impressed

Looks like I'm not going to make it Don . You are an hour and a half (at least) away and ending at 11 is going to make it pretty late. Pile that on 12am or later nights for the past few weeks and I'm destined to crash on the way home!
Plus the you-know-what could very well be in primer by the time Hard Shine starts if I stay home! It's an addiction man, a complete disease....

Listing for the new show Hard Shine is at 7PM tonite on The Learning Channel.
Another post said it only shows at 10 PM in the West.

 

My guide list's some Americain hot rod, Boyds top ten show repeat at 7pm.

It says 10pm for Hard Shine !

My guide says "Little Shine" is on at 7 pm, on TLC, but I have satelite.

 

Boyd does Elvis car on TLC right now (started 5PM) in the West.

 

We are having a get together at my house... It's actually just me and my dogs... If you like the smell of Basset farts, c'mon over!

 

Well here I sit, witha 6 pack of Hieniken, and some popcorn, and waiting for it to start YIPPEEEE I hope it is as good as all the hype. Too bad I dont have any way to record it. Is anyone going to record it and can I get a copy if ya do????
