All right, show us your rigs!

You know you're going to have to haul that prize of yours home - show us what you're taking it home with!

Anybody towing with a vintage rig or rebody (like that 50s COE Ford body I keep wanting to put on top of a modern Isuzu rollback)?

The 1925 Henderson 4 powered Midget fit in the Ford E-350 with room to spare. I've had a dis***embled 1947 MG-TC in there at one time and closed the doors

78 chevy 1 ton 4x4 with a turned up 6.2 diesel, 4spd trans, 4:10 gears and a 32' gooseneck trailer with a 10k winch on it. not modern nor pretty at the moment but it gets decent mileage and has been dead nuts dependable for 14 years.

i'll have to see if i have any pics of the old girl hooked up.

  17. A rusty, crusty, roller painted, barn-door *******ized, ex-school bus 1500 Suburban. Sometimes I borrow a trailer, sometimes I flat tow with a heavy duty towbar. Today, I towed my '49 Hudson home with the towbar. Probably the most time that car's spent on the road since 1963. I think I added 50 miles to the 47,700 that was on it.

Usually tow the old twin axle trailer with our 98 dodge ***mins diesel,or my ***mins diesel powered 94 GMC crewcab. Both trucks get good fuel mileage.

As for an old shcool hauler,I just picked up this little goshen coach its 24 ft long with ***mins 6bt turbo diesel power and an Allison ****** in a freightliner ch***is,I'm going to take the bus body off and drop this Ford cab-over cab onto the ch***is,should make a decent hauler.:D

Here is what I use, couple of shots bringing home future projects (or future barn finds for someone). Right now I think the clutch is probably shot. My son was using it to help a fellow HAMBer move one of his rides and called to tell me the trans was making bad noises and smelled really hot. Its parked in the barn right now with the rest of the projects...I don't even want to look at it. I recently picked up a 72 3/4 ton burb with big block and auto that I'm going to probably use as a tow vehicle.

You have GOT to post pics of your COE when you get to it! I'd love to see some "in-progress" pics...
