Thanks for the coverage guys...my wife was there with our car ('62 Imapala more-door kustom), but I had to work, and I'm already booked to work during next year's show too :(.

Those AN fittings on the '34 Three Window W/checkered firewall ruin the whole car. :( :(

Take a good look at the throttle pedal linkage in this A sedan......kinda hard to see, but looked like an egg beater/old hand drill gear mechanism....neat....
The '36 5W was another personal favorite....very subtle...slick....great stance too...

someone should let him know California has p***ed judgement and his car is ruined. ;)

yup, if it were mine that would be the first thing I'd change too
    then the Pontiac script covers
but it was cool to see such a *****in' car at the show.

I joked with my wife when we were talking about me painting the
firewall with the checks that I ended up going with that if she didn't
go along with what I wanted that I'd paint it like a flannel shirt - she
    HATES my flannel shirts!

I LOVE this plaid! This is so great.

Haha, I got some of those too, Beet! :D But I don't know her, and Feder set it all up, so I'll let him do it.
I had a great time, it was good seeing a bunch of people again and meeting some new ones. I took a bunch of pics too, but many of the same cars. I'll sift through them to find new stuff. Best HRAR yet!

Really, really nice pics. Enjoyed studying them. And yes, I agree about losing the AN fittings. Nice car overall though.

    Thanks for posting.

  27. you guys on the rightous patrol ought check your facts. I can show you photo's of AN fittings on my Olds in 1959. and even I was suprised to find that GM used them on the ***embly line in 1948. My 48 Buick had them on the fuel pump. I never knew till I got a NOS one in the GM box
the Radial tires were around in the very early 60's
