  2. yeah try www.trulyvintagetrailers.com this guy loves these things and will work with ya on transport,he moves them all over the country. He is really fair about pricing seems he is more intrested in the saving of the old trailers for history than $$ that makes him OK in my book.....good luck

A friend of mine put his 36 Pierce Arrow Travelodge on craigslist in Seattle earlier this week. I've wanted it for years but don't have anywhere to keep it. IF you're looking for a rare, aluminum sided trailer, see if it's still there. I sold my 55 Airstream a couple of years ago and haven't forgotten it since.

Here's my '61 Unibody (yes I know it sits too high, and I will fix that this winter) and my '63 Aristocrat 'Lil Loafer' - 10 footer, super easy to tow!

I get 4x4 jokes from my buddies all the time, bastards...

Scotty's are hard to find around here. I'd love to find one!

I have a '59 Shasta that needs some love.

Yes, they are VEREY good people, very willing to work with others so that they can save old trailers and not just head hunt and look to make as much cash as possible. I had been in contact with them last year when i was looking and had the cash at the time,....of course everything for me was also waaay to far away!!! I'm probably gonna take the plunge late next year and scoop one up. I know of an old one locally very similar in shape and style to the one posted by meatball, but I cant ever seem to get anyone to answer the door at the place,....never seems to be anyone there.
its pretty rough though,..well, very rough actually, a major project, but as cool as you can get for the era which looks to be about early 1940s or so.

Here's our '58 Wonderer. The idea is to pull it with our '58 Nomad. Both projects need to be finished.

  22. thanks for the heads up....its rough but not many around like it to choose from.....the sides are really straight and the rust on the lower edge will be kinda a bitch...the inside will be very simple trying to hide all the modern stuff.and its got roll up windows like a car.......the other place I found stuff was on coachbuilders.com
