Don't stop now folks, the goal line is in sight. Keep those prayers and good thoughts coming. Andy needs some help and hope and we can supply both. Don't forget his parents in your prayers. I can't imagine having a child of mine in this situation. Frank
made it thrue to the next round, cool ! drag racing isn`t gonna seem that hard , compared to this race. I`m guessing Andy`s gonna be hard to beat at the drag`s! look foward to racing ya some day andy.
Man, there have sure been some tough times for a lot of young men and women I know lately. My buddy at work has a one year old with Cancer and a buddy I used to ride with who died a few years ago left a sweet little daughter and a son behind, and now at 5, she has cancer too. Both of them are doing great given the cir***stances and now Andy is too. I'll tell ya, I just can't get any of these young folks off of my mind lately. The courage and faith and strength they show is amazing. It really makes me full like a schmuck for knowing how much more I could do in the world to help others instead of complaining about the little things in my life when I already have so much. I'll keep Andy and the whole family in prayer and on my mind. May God Bless you all in the way that you have blessed us in letting us be a part of your healing. I look forward to meeting an Andy whose body is as healthy as his heart and spirit.
No... what! I got something in my eye; that's all. YA, BOTH OF THEM! All my best towards a full recovery!
Well over 100 posts. This is one hell of a get well card!! Keep it up Andy, we are all rooting for you. And yeah, what jahearne said. Just something in my eyes.
Another update.............. Spoke with Chris just before supper, he was tired but excited. He proudly told me that Andy wanted to get out of bed and into a chair. Which he did, tubes, iv's, vent and all! How freak's tough is that kid at all??????????????? He wanted his ps2 and to watch tv, and Chris said for the first time in a long time.....there was no pressue or pain. They will see how Andy is healing on Monday and if he is doing good, they will fuse him on Tuesday. More as i get it folks.................. Leon
Thanks, to Leon and Chris for letting us follow Andy's progress. Take the time you need there Andy, things will get better.
Thank you for the update...this is one of the best things I have followed since this board was started! Keep it up Andy!
I've been thinking about ya, Andy, since you went in the hospital. Glad to see you doing so well so soon. Hang in there and heal up buddy!
I agree with Brewsir, as a fairly long time meber, this whole saga just makes me feel good about all the time I spend on here, hopefully contributing a small portion of what I get out of it. Andy, I look forward to meeeting you someday, you are an inspiration to us. Get well and start driving that hot rod!
I clicked on the HAMB to read about hot rods today, but this is even better reading. Thank God, they got the tumors. Hmmm... There seems to be something in my eyes, too. We'll keep praying
Don't over do it! Be careful! Don't hurt yourself! Blah blah blah, yeah mom, whatever... The best medicine is to push the limit!
Rock on little buddy. They say we all have a guardian angel, well Andy I think you have a lot more than that. Go gettum on Tuesday and recover real soon, cause you have a destiny with a hot rod to fulfill. the ****ster
