    isn't a B18 the 1800 cc motor?

are you refering to the 122, 544 or 445?

    or the P1800S?

Yes. B18 is an engine, not a car...
I guess you mean the Volvo 122,e named Amazon here in their home country. Good daily driver, but 4/5 scale compared to the real steel. I´ve had a few Volvos, both PV444, 544 and Amazons, they used to be cheap wheels here, I did not waste my time on them, just drove and sold.
And a 1,8 litre 4-cyl engine (112 cui I guess...), not my stuff. Though, I must say that Roger Lundén´s former Volvo Amazon, the dark green one on the pics, (its shown with along its new younger owner...) is an OK car. Roger used to drive it during the winters and a chopped 51 Chevy during the summers. The car at Paso, if that was many years ago, might have been Micke Wallin´s Amazon. It was covered in Tex Smiths Custom Cars vol 2 #2 1990 (and in a feww Swedish mags as well). From what I´ve heard it ended up cut in half to be a wallhanger, destroyed in a flod.

Janne... thats sounds like another Swede. You know the rules here: Proper introduction is a must!
That PV cpe by the way was first built by an old friend of mine, Allan Bergman. Now owned by Erik Henriksson in Hudiksvall. Customs of Sweden members of course...

    Evel,

I used to own a stock 1967 Volvo 122s. It was a great car! I drove it from San Diego to Chicago. The b18 is a stout little motor and just about all the parts for old Volvos are still available since Volvo still made the parts up until a few years ago. I don't have all my old Volvo links any more, but if you have any questions I can try to help.

I am from Finland, I will put my intro later maybe with some pics from my projects. I think Erik´s PV is nicest PV coupe conversation there is, though i haven´t seen that live, only pictures in old Swedish magazines.

Now that must be Janne Kutja! Right? Welcome!!!
Im Per Webb, of Customs of Sweden.

I have Primer # 7 (got it from the Wizzz) I really like your drawings of Wolf´s Merc, Gustav´s Buick and Mano´s Kaiser. And you got some nice projects as well. Sorry that I dont understand a single word in Finnish, but I like the pics. And that magazine had the good taste to feature our event as well!

    Same guy.
BTW. Kaiser in Primer magazine isn´t Manos Kaiser, it has some minor differences.
