Just wanted to get peoples input. Bought as is 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately the guy who towed it damaged my car the day I bought it. I need parts, so if you have some let me know.

looks good. is the towing company going to take care of the damage? You might want to be a little more specific as to what parts your looking for

Nice looking ride, alot better than most people start with. Be a good time to change out the Hagens frenching kit, seeing as how you have some repair there anyways.

  15. Looks like a pretty easy fix on the front end damage. But make the towing company cough up the bucks for it though. I agree with the others on ditching the Hagans. They make a otherwise nice car look like ass.

The Towing company and AAA are giving me the runaround, so I'm going to sue them. They don't want to cough up money. AAA is full of shit, they told me they'll pay me since I am a member, but they're stroking me, and I;m tired of it. And, shit I better ditch those headlights. But, I will get the car fixed, again, thanks for the input, I needed to know, and it makes me feel good.

Headlights look fine. Tell the tow co. along with AAA that you will sue them and follow through. I think it is total B.S. that they are obviously liable and won't cover the cost of fixing it. I would pocket the cash when you do get it and fix it or have a good bodyman fix the damage. It looks like it is repairable. KNUX!

I've been going back and forth with AAA, the Towing company and you know how they're. They want me to pay half, that's ridiculous. My car got damaged and they want me to pay. And, I'm being nice. I told them to pay me for a new fender and that's it. I got an estimate from West Coast Body and Paint for 1,600.00, so I could sue them and take them for more, but I'mtrying to be cool.

Pay for half and they did the damage???? Sounds like a "f.u." towards you in my book. Time to play hardball. KNUX!

Yeah, what kind of shit is that. The tow guy said I was taking advantage. I work for attorneys so I think I'm sending them a letter and if they don't pay, then to court we go.

While you are replacing those Hagans, why don't you get rid of those "ugly" highly sought after California One Piece Bumpers. Of course I would be willing to take those off your hands for my '54. But that is because I am a good guy. Anyways the car looks really nice (besides the tow damage). You should be very proud. Keep us updated.

howd they do the damage? I am suprised AAA is giving you a hard time. I am not suprised the tow company is. If i would have done that and got your estimate I would have either written you a check for the whole amount or invited you over to fix it.

I sent Lord of Kustomz an email with pics of the damage to my car and they quoted me $600.00. Anybody outhere in the L.A. area that can do just body work? I just want the body work done. I spent all my money on the purchase of my car, so I need good but cheap work if possible. If not, I think I might just sale the vehicle as is, get my money back and start over.
