OK, I've been back a couple days so it's time for my photo post. There have been a few great ones already, but I'm still going to add to the pile. This was a first time event for Goodguys and went really well, except for a few minor glitches that are already sorted out.

Anyway, I started my visit with a shop tour at Hot Rod Chassis & Cycle. They treated me like an old friend and I had a great time checking out some wicked projects. I even got to see the super secret....I've said too much. The first several are exerpts from the shop tour. The full version will be in a future Gazette.

The show had a good mix of everything rod, kustom and muscle car. Again, these are raw shots.

Here's some of what I saw...

The HRC&C crew posing for their family photo at Sears.

For every whiner that says no one at a Goodguys event drives their car. He tore up the Autocross for two days straight. I was STOKED!!! The Autocross is FREE and open to everyone. Put your driving where your mouth is whiners!

$11,500 was the asking price. It wasn't quite as cool when you got up close.

These didn't work. I guess there's plenty to see.

  20. Kirk, I see a lot of Gazette "covers" in there!! Your photography is simply astounding, I can't believe the color and clarity, not to mention the composition. Thanks for taking the time to post them for us.:)

CRAP, how did I not get a photo of him? He was the real reason I came to HRCC in the first place. Say hi to his imaginary friends for me.

Jim is going to be stoked to be in the Gazette! I really love this shot. Shows off some of the hard work he went through getting it looking good. I think he said he spent 200 hours polishing that intake.

You are such a tease...all I ever get to see is pieces and partial shots of Caddys...

    Nice shots regardless...

They are usually stockers, so I don't post 'em on the HAMB.

  30. This might be a dumb question but is there a speed limit on the track?
