here at the shop we have been head down and tail up on projects.we have finally gotten the body on the chassis.we like it hope ya'll do too. -danny
his name is travis, and he is a good friend of the customer i built these two cars for.glad you like it. -danny
Awesome details. I especially like the fuelpump/lines and the rear swaybar, and the ladder bars, and,and.....
Love the subtle motor mounts and the removable tranny cross member. Very clean work, but always expect that with your guys stuff.
no.got to stay and work.if i stay and work it gets dad out of the shop. bills stink, never grow up. -danny
yes a rear swaybar,i put them on all my chassis.i have found that no matter what body style you use,it will help in the handling, and putting the power to the ground. glad you like it. -danny
i have see them before, but i have never used them on the front.it is soo hard to make them look good stuck out in the open.on chassis that have independant front and rear,i use front and rear sway bars.most of the time they have fenders to cover them up.on 35-48 they are a must, front and rear. -danny
i didn't know what you wanted to see so i picked random pictures to post. here are some of another roadster we built. -danny
Nice work !! A question please ... and I am NOT being critical. Why the cutout of the frame ?? The engine does not look to be all that forward. Is the frame narrowed ?? The radiator holes look a little close the rails Excellent job on the cutout ... just wondering what caused it ... Mine is close ... but has about 3/8ths of a inch clearance .... without a cutout.
the frame is pinched 5/8" per side at the front crossmember,to remove the gap between the grill shell and the frame horns. the aluminum block has nothing to do with the location of the pump. -danny
Man as always those look good. When will you have that one out and about with the other two? Taking it Niftees tonight?
i have about 3 weeks of work to do before i realisticly can drive it.as for tonite,i'm going to try to make it.don't know if i'll be in the sedan or roadster. glad you like the pictures. -danny
