I need some dates for events for 2008.The boss says the vacation picks have to be in this week.If anyone has some ideas,please post asap.Jobs ****,but it beats the alternative.Figure on 500 miles from Milwaukee,Wi.Later.

Wow, lot's to do in the midwest in 08.

May 27th - Beatersville Show in Louisville, KY
June ?? - Good Guys in Indy if for no other reason than Bubba's Spam O'Rama on Friday night and Culbertson's Cookout on Saturday night. More fun than should be legally allowed.
June 19th-21st - The famous Road Rocket Rumble in Indy. It's a don't miss in the midwest for sure.
June/July ?? - Hot Rod Cinematic - OH
August ?? - HAMB Drags - MO
October ?? - Hunnert Car Pileup - IL

I'm sure there are others, but these are the most fun in my humble opinion.

Everyone should come out to the Kool Deadwood Night in the Black Hills in August. 500+ cars, 8000+ people, and the open container law is lifted for the weekend on main street.....

 

Spring of 2008 you must come to PA for the Jalopy Showdown.

Then come back in the fall for the Jalopy Drags.

Larry puts on one hell of a show.

Jake,thanks for the heads-up.I told Cheater Carl that I would buy T-shirts and bumper stickers to show support.Obviously I have to pay dues to be let in on the secret handshake and the date of the show.No problemo.

 

Thanks to Denise.Hope that the calender is updated so I don't have to do this again.Though,it is nice to have so many folks tell me where to go.

 

Back to the 50's - St Paul, MN. June 21, 22, 23 2008 at the Fair grounds. 11,500+ registered vehicles this year, huge swap meet on Sunday. Really good time!
