    I built a Model A frame and finished is earlier this year. Will be putting a 31 Coupe on the frame and blown flathead.
    I used a Dagel's Street Rod X member and boxing plates, made oval holes in the boxing plates to match the X member, Z'd the rear 3".

    Here is a picture or two and link to some of my earlier pictures on another site;

    Damn, that blue frame looks too good to cover up with a body!

    http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=367532&d=1192928461That is a very cool chassis! The head on view is unbelievable. It will be a shame to cover it up.chuck

    It sure looks tuff. When you kick up the rear cross member on a model a chassis with the stock spring do you need to cut out and raise the trunk floor or is there room for the 3" kick?

    Is it an early frame or a late frame? If you are running a hood and stock radiator shell you want them and the body to match the frame so everything lines up (it's the front crossmember that is the difference).
