Who Spends More Time On Hamb Than Watching Tv

Im Completely Fucking Obsessed With This Site.

 

I'm not far behind! Why watch TV when you can learn cool shit on here!!!!!

Yeah, I'm with you guys too. My Missus reckons I'd have my 32-5w finished if I didn't spend so much time on here. I'm not helped by having poor hearing so I can't hear stuff on TV so I get on here instead. She reckons I should get off here and out in the shed but I can't get away from the HAMB!

my tv got alot less interesting with the hamb.
now I need to leave the hamb, so i can get back to the shop, and find a happy medium between the two.

I had mentioned on in another post how I was never into computer games but I sure am addicted to this board.
I wonder if Ryan has subliminal messages here forcing us to come back over and over.

I don't even own a television. Those shows I do watch, I download and watch on the computer. Commercials are for suckers.

 

I have almost quit TV. I hate laugh tracks. I mostly just surf the HAMB.

 

i have cable internet and it comes with the basic tv chanels, but i unhooked it from my tv about 7 years ago now, i watch tv at my GF's.

I'm hooked.Joined a week ago and have spent hours here looking at photos etc.How come I didn't know about this earlier!!!

 

I have learned a hell of a lot more on here, than on Will and Grace or C.S.I....

 

Tv For Sale Cheap Hardly Used

 

I do hang out here quite a bit but.....my wife just bought me a new 42 inch LCD tv.I can look just a bit to the right and watch it while I am here....

 

I've been late for work. Twice.

 

Everyone and everything worth knowing is here, if there is going to be something worth watching on TV they'll tell you.

 

I'm known as a " Virtual Employee". I get to work from home with no supervision....so, my goal has been to read as many threads during normal business hours as I can. I find the ones with 50 pages or more to be the ones that catch my eye. Then after work, I go to the garage and drive my T around for a while.
JUst wish I wasn't so fucking old so I could enjoy it more !
And I hardly ever watch TV anymore

 

I still sit in front of the TV, but I am on my laptop checking out the H.A.M.B.

 

I have Webtv and use it to surf the net. It has Picture-in-Picture so I have NASCAR, NHRA, Hard Shine when it was on, etc in the small PIP and the HAMB on the large screen. Best of both worlds.

 

I always watch TV when I'm on the hamb.....he has some great posts and obliviously knows real Hot Rods.

 

Hubby got me hooked on the HAMB. Lots of great info, wide range
of subjects.....I am constantly learning more about cars.....Thanks
Ryan, and all involved with the Hamb forum! Thanks to all who contribute to the forum....especially the fantastic pictures of projects......just makes me want to grab a helmet and weld!!!

Don't have cable. Or satelite. Or even rabbit ears. Nothing on worth watching, and definitely not worth paying for. High-speed internet for HAMB-ing is a must, though!!
