The "Welcome Inn" in Kahoka is the closest. I have not seen it but I heard it is nice and only 5 or 6 years old. I did call them a week or two back and the girl on the phone said they had wireless internet, but no breakfast. However, I'd still like know which hotel is the "place to be" -Jeff
Nope, we were all at the Super 8 in Keokuk, Ia. It's about 15 miles from no where, I mean Wayland...Fiddy, the RoadBurners, Stick Shift, and a fellow in a 32 coupe with no affilations. Nice joint. That's where I'm planning on staying anyway. HellRaiser

Alright, Rust Revival 08 talk!!! I'm ready I just hope my car is this time around.... And I hope I don't get lost in a corn field in Iowa in the middle of the night, drink too much the night before and sleep most of the day Saturday.... ahhhh good times. Can't wait!!!!!! Friday night was a big party too last year. I just got a room for two nights at the Big 8. Oh yeah and I only live 45 minutes away!
Last year I stayed at the host hotel which I think was the super 8. Came back from the show put the wife to bed and grabbed my cooler. And waited for the fun. NOTHING. Started raining outside so like a good drunk, hot rod soldier; I waited in the lobby drinkin out of my cooler. Finaly gave up and went to bed. BUT I realized the next day ,.... At THE RUST REVIVAL ,,, ... There is ENTERAINMENT AT NIGHT, in town where the show is. I DROPPED THE BALL!!!! OR I'm a light weight. BUT I pracitic everyday for this kind of testing.
It's 527 miles for me, an easy 9 hour drive. I'll leave Friday morning and be there before dinner. Did I hear something about Breeder picking up the tab for eveyone for Friday night dinner at his place?? Warn her ahead of time.....no going to bed early. She can cruz around topless with the rest of us gals in Big Olds.

Me and Triumph Terror made a bet at the hunnert car pileup to get our cars done and meet at the RR he's got a pretty good start on the hemi powered coupe! When the Vagabonds invaded Wayland last Jan we stayed at the 8 it was fine (what I remember) only 7 months I better get busy!

Yep stayed at the Super. I think almost everyone did. Met a lot of cool people there. Oh yea no cops in Wayland. Breeder is the mayor. lol I got to start working on my Escort for the burnout against the pole contest. I bad, sorry....lol
