    Mike,

    I work part time at my local community college and you wouldn't believe the amount of man-purses that the younger crouwd has, It's scary.

    I also work with a guy who drives a donk. He's seriously into my coupe. There's a chance of a coversion in his future.

    KIRK!, great stuff as always.

    YES! See-thru ultra-DUBs!!! Why didn't I think of that? (probably cuz I'm still trying to figure WTF Donk means...)

    Think about all the money that's wasted on developing useless (often literally, esp in this case) parts for SEMA.

    Some ghetto dwellers thought that the Impala on Impalas was a donkey......Donk.

    Donk=Impala

    Box=square-bodied Caprice etc. (like '70s)

    Bubble=Round-bodied Caprice etc. (like '90s)

  10. So.....do ya think I could get a set of snow tires to fit those? All of a sudden I want to eat something oriental......

    donk hmm. i think it was one of the yin yang twins who had a cutlass and stuffed 24"s under it. that was the jump off i think because 24s at that point were only under trucks. seems silly looking back on it that he was the person to say "ohh" but i suppose you could say the same about Duchamp's "Fountain"

    As we were walking away from taking Kirk's picture, we heard this dumb girl asking her friend (in total disbelief) if somebody was really in the costume... like he was either real or a robot... I dunno. You see ALL kinds of things at SEMA. Some genius also called Kirk's costume "wolfman."

  24. I'm glad I ate my dinner in the living room tonight instead of in front of the computer.The four food groups would've looked pretty sad spread across my 19 inch monitor.JEEZUS Kirk;you have WAY TOO MUCH FUN!!!!
    I think I'm going to have to get Fred Steele to go with you to SEMA next year;then you can REALLY have fun!And then you can accompany him to Hershey PA with all his crazy Aussie buddies if he is still allowed there.

  25. Thats some hilarious shit, sarcastic thumbs up never get old. sema sounds like it was a pit of hell this year

    Yep, there was some crazy stuff there. Here's Andy crawling under the ropes to get a pic with a Dub, Donk, Box, Bubble, Low-Jack, or whatever they call those things.
