I always used to see there ads in mags but they dont have a web site. What was the length on your axle from king pin to king pin. Im pretty sure the mustang and falcon/ranchero track width is the same. The speedway axle is 46"

I ran with a guy back in the early 90's,(before retro was cool) that had a glass funny car called "anticipation". It was a period car, 65-67 I believe.

I forget where he was from but it was when NDRA was still in existance.

    HELL YES !!!!

I say GO FOR IT !!

I have a '54 Customline ford i just pulled in my buddys shop for a Gasser treatment with a Hemi & 4spd.

I knew a guy that had a '66 Chevelle gasser & seen plenty of other '60s straight axle cars including a '64 Rambler

My uncle & his buddys did alot of that stuff in the early '70s... GTOs, '55~'57 Chevys, '62 Bel Air, '54 Bel Air, FairLane, & Comets !

I believe Ryan only did that because of the overload of people googling it and coming onto this sight to look at it. The server couldn't handle it.

    And my grammar sucks.

Is it a fastback or a coupe?

  21. just one thing to remember. If it's gonna have the look, it had better be able to back it up. Nothing worse than a 'poser' wannabe gasser. About six to eight hundred horsepower (blower preferred) in the engine bay, and the ability to hook it up. Nothing worse than talking the talk, and then end up getting stomped by some fart canned ricer. That would be as some have said here, gay.

i say go for it, who's to tell you that anything is too new to make into a gasser hotrods and customs dont exactly follow any criteria
i seem to like things more when others dont like them at all, just because others dont like it
its like rooting for the underdog in a fight
as long as you wrench on it yourself, most on here would agree that they would rather see a mustang gasser that was completely done by the owner as a traditional hot rod that some rich punk paid a shop a pile of money to build

  29. I'm surprised no one has posted an old photo of Gaspar "Gas" Ronda yet...He used to give Dandy Dick Landy, Sox & Martin, Dyno Don, Hayden Profitt, and others a run for their money...
