Wanted to get the raggy old coupe up on the frame.
Easier to push around that way.

Was also expected to bring a roller to the Mile High Rocky Mountian Powder Snow Indoor Car Show World Of Spectactular Beauty Nationals.
    (MHRMPSICSWOSBN,for short)

Anyways, tried to take some pictures as I bloodied up my knuckles moving coupe bodies by myself in my home garage.

    I'll shut up,here's some pictures.

    Hot Rodding 101:

Notice the rear tire fits the wheel well radius. That is how a Model A coupe should sit rear. No tires above the rear decklid!!!

    Good work Eric!

That's just horrible, horrible I say! I'd kick my neighbors ass if he made me look at the ugly side of his fence. Oh yea, the car sit's too nice, as stated earlier A's look so much better with the tire matching the radius of the fender. Obviously it is because of a well thought out frame and suspension.:D Please tell me what the wheel's are from.

Looks SWEET!! You mean Model A's did not come with the tires above the quarter?!?!?!?!?! LOL!

  13. That has to be the crappiest looking frame I have ever seen, it is going to absolutely piss me off to be throwing one under my A.....seriously though I love it.

All you had to do was get me a mountain dew and I would've helped you lift that coupe!

I do like Model A's on Deuce frames, but man that coupe sits nice and uses a simple frame. Great look so far.

Lookin good Eric, I was just talking to norrie last night about how I hate the rear tires above the decklid look, and I'm happy to see you do things "right"...

  22. Looking sharp!

  23. good lookin rod. why is it coupes can look good without being on a 32 frame while roadsters usually look better with one? by the way i'd like to see more of that background roadster.

what sort of split bone do you use on your frame? or can you use any length as the mount is up to each builder?

any reason why a small channel would not work?(as in the height of the frame?)

    thanks

It turned out just as i had it pictured in my head.
Needed to get one "done" so I could show pictures to people the stance the frame has.

Kerry, this was going to be the car I raced you in...but it's gotta go.
    I'm out of room.

Mattrod68, sure you can channel the body if you want.
They are split 1934 bones up front.
Most customers end up with hairpins,(easier and available.)

Just had a guy offer me a pro-street 78 ElCamino for it.
and it's purple! Might look at it next week.

Floored,1940 Ford wheels with smoothy caps.(stole them off my wife's 32 pick up) you likey the krylon red ?
