A friend has since bought the 3/W.
Ya know, as much as I wanna "B" ('32), I pretty sure my next car will be a '36 3/W...Custom.

Not sure about the bumpers, could be.
The car was originally built with filled bumper bracket slots, no bumpers.
The previous owner added the bumpers.
