Someone said they didnt know they had to register this far in advance?

its only 7 weeks away. Thats no time at all.

Indoor shows are as big a part of the history hobby as outdoor. Perhaps more so. Plus when the weather turns, its nice to be inside.

Stay tuned, this whole thing might just work out into something cool.

You said it how many out door shows have been around for 57 years like the Sacramento Autorama, this is a part of our history!

  3. The promoter has for sure done the math, over and over and come to the conclusion that to continue on he has to make a proper business decision. The vendors have made their decision, that it is not a profitable deal. They have to cut their loss. Business people cannot be expected to put on a show at a loss just to please some. I have been involved in many show promotions and you make decisions on the bottom line just like any business. Obviously the crowd in the second building weren't supporting the vendors. Without the vendors there is no source of income from the second building, except entries and that obviously isn't enough. Now, anyone who thinks they can do a better job than the promoter can step up to the plate and provide a show for free for the ones that want to cut and run.
    Have a nice day.

I've thought about how to write this without ANYBODY looking like the bad guy. Unfortunately to some people it's all black and white.

Let me first preface this by saying that the Poor Boys do NOT support any anti-autorama shows or GTG, we DO support the panel jam and the fact that all proceeds are going to charity.

With that said, our clubs two pinstripers (TJ, Lefty) will have their cars in the Suede Pavilion.

We have left things open with John to try and get back on track for next year.
