My older son took off with the truck...there's NO WAY my wife will let me put the tree on top of her Magnum...so...I guess i'll have to take the Merc! You would've though I was a bank robber, when I pulled up to get my tree. It was great!!! We picked one out then brought it over to the car and I grabbed a towel and through it on the roof. The young kid says"you're not gonna put it on there are you?".I said sure...why not? Then this lady comes up and says"if you don't live too far,i'll put it in my truck for you". I said,"no...I brought this car just to get my tree!". Then,it turns out my wife took the memory card out of my camera so she could get her X-mas cards made! DAMN!!! well I got it tied on and started home. People honking, laughing, thumbs up. It was pretty cool.
    Here's some pic's...just give me a second!

I brought my camera so my son could take a pic of me driving it home, but my wife had taken out the card!!! WOMEN!
I remember the old days, when my dad would tie the 12' trees my mom would buy,on top of our 58 NewYorker. They didn't have that plastic netting back then. So it hung out all over the sides. He would tie it to the door handles, then we would all have to climb in through the windows!!!I don't have any handles,so I just tied it to my mirrors,HA HA!

I didn't say it wasn't running! I said I would be there, but without a car. I still need a new driveshaft, and it vibrates really bad over 40MPH! I'm not gonna drive it that far like that. The tree drive was about 1 mile...
