Working on teardown so I can do the chop, and cant come up with an easier way to pull the nails out that go through the body into the wood. They are all in great shape unfortunately, I'm thinking grinding of the heads of the nails, any better suggestions?

Try indenting the tops with a punch, then using that to drill out the tops of the nails. Kind of like drilling out a pop rivet. Should save the wood more so than risking hitting it with a grinder.

The nails used are ring shank, they are "ribbed" and will not come out. I think the idea to drill or grind the head off is a good one.

I re-used a B pillar piece in my Model A because the Oak was still in great shape.
