Dude, we're not different, it's very much the same. :) It's just that the keyboard doesn't express like a conversation. So it's easy to take something the wrong way. As for your intake, I'll keep my eye out. I'm lookin for a hemi one and run across sbc ones all the time. Good luck.

I'll let you know. Any info on building a wild pig hunting blind? Can't seem to find anybody that knows much about that here in Los Angeles. What size bow can put down a 450-pounder just in case one happens to run down my street?

anyone looking for a 6 deuce intake can go to offyparts.com, they are $382.89 new in the box. these are not x1's, but offenhauser intakes . they can be set up with a progressive linkage to run off the center 2 carbs.

I have one with 6 Rochester 2Gs on it. Complete with fuel logs and progressive linkage. All carbs rebuilt. Has 6 chrome air cleaners. Center carbs have idle circuits and end 4 do not. Car runs on center two till about 1/3 throttle on progressive linkage. All carbs are black crinkle coated. Nice piece. Want $1400. Let me know. I have pictures of it installed on my 27 T

I forgot to specify that mine is an Edelbrock X1 Cross Ram set up. Not like the one in the cl***ifieds now. That one is not a cross ram. Cross Ram gave more HP and was more tunable than the low unit. It requires more hood space but easily fits under most car hoods. Will not fit on a Corvette without cutting hood.

Is this the one you're talking about? This is not a cross ram?
