What is this off of?? pretty cool

we got this probly 10 years ago in the desert, a guy offered a lot of money outta the blue for it, and i wanna know what its off of?
under the cap it says "made by STANT mfg co." date saying 10-2-23

You might set your camera on Micro or step back a bit for better clarity. I don't know what it is off of but it does look pretty cool. I'd think there has to be someone with a site on the net for that stuff, though. Like the hubcap guys.

In the second picture I see what looks like a lion's mane.

its not pontiac, i had a pontiac nut wondering what it was off of, that site is wrong, pontiacs have one wing....plus the date says 10-2-23...............not 29

I think it was a GM accesory cap , this one is off a 31 chevy

 

weird.......was it an accesory? aftermarket?
